We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for the purposes of data processing under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

When you submit an enquiry through our website or blog lead forms, we collect:

• Monthly payment budget and vehicle budget
• Deposit available

• Vehicle type
• Whether you already have car finance
• When you need a vehicle and preferred callback time

• Pass your enquiry details to FCA-authorised lenders and brokers who may be able to offer you car finance
• Send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your enquiry
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of our service

Third-party sharing: By submitting your enquiry, you explicitly consent to us sharing your personal data with third-party FCA-authorised lenders and brokers. Those third parties will contact you directly and may send you marketing communications about their financial products. Each lender or broker operates under their own privacy policy.

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent given at the point of submission. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the email address below, however this will not affect processing already carried out.

We retain your enquiry data for up to 24 months. After this period it is securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).
